GUOCO TOWER - AN ICONIC INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT

The Situation
A proud feature of the Singapore Skyline, the 64-storey Guoco Tower is a symbol of the success and thriving commerce that the city-state is known for. Indeed an iconic integrated development comprising of commercial spaces, urban park, retail shops, housing and hospitality. The existing website seems to lean towards a mediocre representation of what Guocoland has to offer. Being the height and space to offer, the site should also be able to house the massive influx of public curiosity.
The Solution
The fully responsive site accentuated with gold and silver trims, is divided into five parts: Commercial, Park, Retail, Residence and Hotel, allowing visitors to digitally experience everything that Guoco Tower has to offer. With digital directories and interactive maps, updated events list, visitors can familiarise themselves with the property before even stepping into it. But the website is also a powerful conversion tool with precisely crafted call-to-action on every page to submit an enquiry.
