The Situation

Being a residence nestled in Orchard Road, TG Development do not wished to be over-writtened by agent-owned websites with "shopping mall's" laundry list of specifications and thus undermining the truly unique freehold adobe that Lloyd Sixtyfive boasts. The three main unique selling proposition that TG would like to shout out is its stunning architectural design by renowed Mok Wei Wei, high quality finishes and most importantly, its rare and extremely valuable location; in the heart of shopping belt, Orchard.

The Solution

Derived from its double L initials and its double volume layout, the website is designed to incorporate the larger than life living spaces of Lloyd Sixtyfive. The character L shapes the layouts with "storybook" image sliders peppered throughout the site. Parallax scroll features highlight scenes around the house. Zig-zag tiling with accompanying images layered after one another in order to increase visual depth and interest. Putting ourselves in the shoes of residents, wondering what's going on within and around the intimidating Orchard Road? The Neighbourhood page offers a list of recommendations from a variety of places, from retail to leisure.
